Refund policy

At Pawsitive Mind we want every dog calmer and every owner happy. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

 

The Calm-Dog Guarantee (30 days): Follow the included 14-Day Boredom-Buster Plan. If your dog isn't visibly calmer and more content within 30 days of delivery, email us at info@pawsitivemind.co.uk for a full refund — you do not need to return the kit for the guarantee refund.

 

Standard returns (30 days): You may return an item within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, mats must be unwashed and unused to qualify for a standard return (the Calm-Dog Guarantee above is the exception). Items should be in their original condition.

 

How to start a return: Email info@pawsitivemind.co.uk with your order number and reason. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Damaged or defective items: Email a photo to info@pawsitivemind.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or refund.

 

Non-returnable items: used or washed mats (outside the Calm-Dog Guarantee), digital items (the 14-Day Boredom-Buster Plan), and gift cards.
