Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email, and a tracking number once your order ships.

 

Estimated delivery: United Kingdom 5–9 business days. Europe 7–14 business days. United States & Canada 8–14 business days. Rest of world 10–20 business days. Times are estimates after processing and may vary with carrier delays, customs, or peak seasons.

 

Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on all orders.

 

Tracking: A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking to begin updating after dispatch.

 

Customs & duties: For international orders, import duties or taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

 

Delays: We're not liable for carrier or customs delays outside our control, but we'll always help track a delayed package — email info@pawsitivemind.co.uk.

 

Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.

 

Lost packages: If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us and we'll investigate or replace.
